Return and performance disclosure
Any returns, yields, projections, or performance figures displayed are subject to the assumptions, methodology, and limitations described in the relevant investment documentation. Projected or target returns are not guaranteed. Historical performance, where presented, does not necessarily indicate future results. All performance figures should clearly identify whether they are gross or net of applicable fees and expenses, the relevant measurement period, and whether they represent actual results or estimates.
Capital and liquidity risk disclosure
Investment capital may be at risk, and investors may experience partial or total loss. The timing and amount of distributions, if any, depend on the performance of the underlying investment and the applicable contractual terms. Investors should carefully assess their liquidity needs and should not invest funds they may need for immediate expenses. Any redemption, withdrawal, transfer, or exit is subject to the terms applicable to the specific investment.
Property ownership and investment structure disclosure
The rights and interests associated with each investment are determined by the applicable legal and contractual structure. An investment linked to real estate does not necessarily provide direct legal ownership of the underlying property. Prospective investors should review the relevant agreements to establish the identity of the asset owner, the nature of their investment interest, the distribution of income and sale proceeds, and the consequences of insolvency or other adverse events.
