This is our own capital going into companies — ongoing businesses that need room to grow, and startups that need a first backer. You keep running it. We take a defined stake and help where we're useful.
Applying is free and non-binding. Nothing here is an offer of investment.
Revenue, customers, a team — and a ceiling you can't get past without capital. We buy a defined minority or majority stake and fund the next phase.
Pre-revenue or early revenue, founder-led, with a clear route to a paying market. We write first and follow-on cheques where the thesis is credible and the founders are close to the problem.
Ranges shown are indicative of transactions we typically look at. Actual size, structure and terms are decided case by case, after diligence.

Financials, contracts, customers, legal. Typically two to six weeks depending on complexity.
A term sheet, then documentation. Capital is deployed through a dedicated SPV that holds the stake.
Each asset is acquired and held by a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV) that holds legal title. Investors acquire an interest in that SPV, represented by a token recorded on-chain, with the SPV's legal register maintained off-chain as the authoritative record. Investors receive distributions of net income generated by the asset, as and when generated, in accordance with the SPV's operative documents.
Interests are not freely transferable. Tokens cannot be sent to external wallets or addresses and may only be bought or sold through 1st.finance, subject to eligibility requirements and a transaction fee. There is no public secondary market, and liquidity is not guaranteed.
Participation is subject to onboarding, eligibility review, and jurisdictional restrictions. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Returns shown are targets or projections and are not guaranteed.
