BUSINESS LOANS

We lend to your business.

Straight debt from our own book — no equity given up, no board seat. Working capital, equipment, expansion or a bridge, sized against how your business actually trades.

Applying is free and non-binding. Nothing here is an offer of credit.

WHAT WE FUND

Debt with a purpose attached.

Working capital

Bridge the gap between paying suppliers and getting paid by customers.

Equipment & fit-out

Machinery, hardware, premises — financed against the asset where possible.

Expansion

New site, new market, new line. Funded against demonstrated trading history.

Bridge

Short-dated finance ahead of a contract payment, refinance or exit event.

ELIGIBILITY

Who we can lend to.

  • Trading company with at least 12 months of revenue history
  • Bank statements and management accounts available for review
  • A clear, documented source of repayment
  • Directors willing to discuss security or a personal guarantee where appropriate
SECURITY & TERMS

Documented, not improvised.

  • Facilities are documented under a written loan agreement with a fixed repayment schedule.
  • Security may include a charge over assets, receivables or a director's guarantee, depending on size and risk.
  • Borrowing carries risk. If your business cannot repay, secured assets may be enforced. Take independent advice before signing.
How ownership works

What you're acquiring, and how it moves.

01 · Ownership & distributions

Each asset is acquired and held by a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV) that holds legal title. Investors acquire an interest in that SPV, represented by a token recorded on-chain, with the SPV's legal register maintained off-chain as the authoritative record. Investors receive distributions of net income generated by the asset, as and when generated, in accordance with the SPV's operative documents.

02 · Liquidity & transfers

Interests are not freely transferable. Tokens cannot be sent to external wallets or addresses and may only be bought or sold through 1st.finance, subject to eligibility requirements and a transaction fee. There is no public secondary market, and liquidity is not guaranteed.

03 · Participation & risk

Participation is subject to onboarding, eligibility review, and jurisdictional restrictions. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Returns shown are targets or projections and are not guaranteed.
